My name is Gary and I am absolutely passionate about all types of fishing in this region. I have over 40 years fishing experience and I know all the best kept secret fishing spots here in Canterbury. I have been fishing for over 40 years starting as soon as I was able to ride my bike to the local fishing spots including, The Avon, The Heathcote, The Groynes, Riccarton Racecourse and Ashley Shingle Pit.
Now days I venture further afield and would love to share these special spots and my expert skills with you.
Canterbury Fishing charters offer a full range of services from fly fishing in remote rivers and lakes, kayak fishing both offshore and river bound, lake/river boat fishing, and shallow water boat fishing.
